This policy describes what Simply2Cloud collects on this website and why. It applies to www.simply2cloud.com.

Who we are

What the enquiry form collects

The counselling form and the chat button are provided by Vialynx CRM (viacrm.vialynx.com), the same system used by our sister institutes. If you use them we receive the name, phone number, email address, and message you type, plus the page you sent it from. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website.

Why

We use those details to return your call, recommend a course, and handle admissions. We do not sell enquiry lists. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. The form and chat load from Vialynx so a counsellor sees the request in one inbox.

How a request is delivered

Submitting the form or the chat sends the details to Vialynx CRM, tagged as a Simply2Cloud enquiry. You can also call the numbers at the top of every page or email [email protected]. Do not put passwords or identity documents in the message field.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept long enough to finish counselling and any admission that follows, and then for a limited period in case you ask us what we recommended. You can ask us to delete a request by emailing the address above.

Cookies

This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser may still store ordinary technical data needed to load the pages.

Students in India and the United States

You may contact us from either location. We will handle a deletion or correction request whether you are writing from Delhi or New Jersey.
